At Directive Health, we believe that having support and communication are critical tools to navigating the ups and downs of life. According to the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI)  “1 in 5 adults experience mental illness each year”. NAMI regularly shares these statistics to end the stigma around mental illness and to remind us that there are free and confidential tools that anyone can access to feel better.

Our team recently had a discussion about mental health and we wanted to share with our community resources that are available to support you in crisis or if you just need someone to talk to about what is going on in your life.

Even though we are not all on the same boat, we are all in the same storm together, and a listening ear could save a life.
