With only two weeks left in the year, we are here to get you motivated to blast into 2023! We’ve seen and tried it all. Resolutions, goals, vision boards, lists. There is no pressure to subscribe to the new year, new you movement. The beautiful aspect of life is that YOU get to decide the direction you head as we start the new year. 

However, we would be remiss if we didn’t share that research shows that if you write down your goals, dreams, wishes they are more likely to happen. According to neuroscientists, because of brain encoding if you write your goals down you are more likely to remember them. The process can be daunting, but we wanted to make it easier for you. Listen to some inspirational tunes, grab a nice beverage like tea or juice and fill out the Directive Health 2023 Goal Sheet. Just jot down what comes to mind and feels the most natural to you. Don’t stress, this sheet will help you figure out your priorities for 2023. If printing out the sheet is all you can muster up the courage to do – we are proud of you! Take small steps. 

As Martin Luther King Jr. said “You don’t have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step.”
